Creative problem solving through action

Etaerc Consulting specializes in creating value for organizations through pattern recognition and ruthless prioritization.

Etaerc can help you find openings in the market for your product or service and get your team ready to execute to succeed. Our clients have included Financial Services, Mobile App Development, Retail, Food and Beverage, and Non-Profit.

In response to the inequalities that exist between how white Americans and non-whites are treated by the police and others in power, Etaerc Consulting has created a series of portraits of some of those that have lost their lives while in police custody. A portion of all proceeds from the sale of the portraits will go to support non-profits fighting the inequalities, and working towards equity and inclusion in the Untied States.

Color Blind Test – BLM

Racial colorblindness is a form of white privilege.

Color Blind Test – First Nations

American Indians are killed by police at a higher rate than their White or Black co-citizens

“Stop talking about color-blindness. It’s not a thing and [it’s] wildly insulting. Black people (really all people) want to be seen for who they are and what they bring to the table – this includes their ethnic characteristics, intelligence, wit, and other aspects of their identity, culture, and background.”

The most common color-blindness test consists of a number of colored plates, called Ishihara plates, each of which contains a circle of dots appearing randomized in color and size. Within the pattern are dots which form a number or shape clearly visible to those with normal color vision, and invisible, or difficult to see, to those with a red-green color vision defect.

The following circles of dots appearing in randomized color and size contain portraits, clearly visible to all, of those killed by the police. They are intended to reinforce that those we have lost should be seen and respected as the individuals they are so that this violence does not continue.
